Which payment methods are supported?
The Inateck website currently supports two payment methods:
1. Paypal
After submitting the order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. This is one of the safest methods to pay online and fully protect your security and privacy.
2. Bank transfer / advance payment
You can pay by bank transfer immediately after ordering and the product will be shipped immediately after the payment has been verified. The payment information will be displayed as a pop-up after ordering and sent to you by email. We will send you the invoice by email after payment has been completed.
3rd invoice
We offer this payment method exclusively for authorities and offices as well as schools and universities To order on account, simply send your order with the note "on account" by email to support@inateck.com .

About the delivery
1. How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over 29€. shipping costs to other countries can be found in the shopping cart after you have selected the desired country. .
2. How long does it take to ship my order?
After your order is confirmed, the package will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. It usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for you to receive your order.
3. How can I change my shipping address after ordering?
In this case, please contact us within 12 hours by email at support@inateck.com to our customer service. Otherwise, the item will be sent to the original address and you will need to contact the carrier directly.
4. Who do we ship with?
We use DHL to ship your products.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and a link. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service.
6. What can I do if I received incorrect items or an item is missing?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect shipment by email at support@inateck.com to our customer support team. We will correct any order errors as soon as possible!

What is USB-C?
USB-C, also known as USB Type-C, is the industry standard for transferring data and power. Right now, it's included in devices like the latest laptops, phones, and tablets, from more than 700 companies, including Apple, Dell, HP, Intel, Microsoft, and Samsung. The standard protocol with the USB-C port is USB 3.1 at 10 Gbps, which is theoretically twice as fast as USB 3.0.

What is Power Delivery?
Power Delivery (PD) charging is a fast charging protocol that has great functionality and universality.
Which devices support PD charging? Does it fit my devices?
The Inateck charger can basically charge all USB-C devices that support charging via USB-C. However, there are two things to note:
- Your device must be a PD device if you want to use fast charging.
- The charging speed may be slower than with the original charger for your device if the power rating of your device is higher than the highest power of the charger.
Is it compatible with the 15 inch MacBook Pro?
The product can charge a 15-inch MacBook Pro at a ratio of up to 80% of an original charger. It has been tested that the charger can charge 80% of devices whose original power adapter outputs about 80W. Any test or feedback from you is welcome.
Is it fast enough to charge my device?
If your device supports PD charging, our charger will charge it at full speed as long as your original charger is not more than 60W. Otherwise, the device would be slower than the original charger.
If the Inateck charger is not compatible with my device, will my device be damaged?
Not at all. Our charger uses the best industrial-grade material and has excellent circuit design. This provides all-round protection for safe charging. Our charger cannot charge your device at all if it is not compatible with our charger.
How to charge iPhone & iPad using the charger's USB-C port?
There is a USB-C to C cable included in our package. If you want to charge your iPhone/iPad, you must use a Lightning to USB-C charging cable for it to work.

1. Can you ship to countries other than Germany?
Do you also deliver to countries other than Germany? Yes, we deliver to all other countries in the European Union, as well as to Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain.
2. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
3. How can I return my item?
If you have a quality problem and need to return the item, you can simply send an email to support@inateck.com Our customer service will help you with the return.
4. How do I remove my account on Inateck site?
If you no longer need the account registered on the Inateck site, please contact our customer service by email and we will help you remove the account.
5. Who can I contact if I have technical problems?
Our customer service is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by phone at +49 341-51998410 or by email at support@inateck.com . Have your order number and the manufacturer number of the product ready. Please describe the error in detail and explain when it occurred.
6. Where can I find product manuals?
Operating instructions for all our products can be found on our website www.inateck.com on the respective product page or under the menu item Customer service . Simply enter the manufacturer number of the product (e.g. BCST-50) and click on the search button.
7. I want to complain. Who should I contact?
